Take 3 capsules a day at the onset of the first signs of respiratory discomfort, with a large glass of water during a meal, 1 capsule in the morning, 1 capsule at lunchtime and 1 capsule in the evening (+18 years).

You'll notice the first effects within the first few days. If your symptoms disappear before the end of the sachet, you can of course stop the treatment and reseal the sachet for future use. Be careful not to exceed 14 days' use.

In fact, we have prioritized the effectiveness of this product, whose benefits should be seen quickly, as it is designed to reduce ENT symptoms in just a few days. Propolis is a resin collected by bees from the buds of certain trees. Produced naturally by bees, it is used to seal holes and sanitize the hive. To reduce the impact on their eco-system, we need to limit the amount of propolis harvested. We have therefore chosen to add propolis to our formulas only when its use is essential. For this reason, we've included a small amount in the Comfort Nose & Throat cure, which is shorter than the other cures in the range, and episodic.

At what time of day should I take the cure?

It's advisable to take 3 capsules a day, preferably during meals, spreading them out throughout the day: 1 capsule in the morning, 1 capsule at lunchtime and 1 capsule in the evening.

Is it possible to keep the capsules for later if the pack is opened and not finished?
