Return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return the items according to the following policy:

Return within 14 Days

  • You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your items, provided they are in their original condition (unused, unopened, undamaged, with tags and original packaging).

Return Procedure

  • To return an item, please click on "View your order" from our email confirming expedition. You might be asked to fill in your email address to receive a code, for security reason. From that new page, top right corner, click on "Request a return" and follow the instructions.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or if the error is on our part. They will be deducted from the refund.
  • The cost of return delivery is CHF 9.-.

Return Conditions

  • Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, not open, not used, undamaged.
  • Items that are on sale or personalized are not eligible for return, except in case of defect.

Refund

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will refund the amount of your order (including initial shipping fees, excluding shipping return fees) to the same payment method used at checkout.
  • The refund will be processed within 14 to 30 days after receiving the returned item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately to arrange a free return.

Exceptions

  • For hygiene or safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned (such as underwear, cosmetics, etc.).
