Shipping policy
We make every effort to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Below are the details of our shipping policy:
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Delivery Times and Fees
- Standard shipping: 2 to 3 business days.
- Express shipping: 1 to 2 business days (subject to availability).
- We have decided to make delivery charges easy. We charge every order CHF 2.90 for normal delivery, CHF 4.90 for express.
Shipping Areas
- We ship to Switzerland only.
Tracking and Delivery
- A tracking number will be provided so you can track your order.
- If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier can leave a calling card or drop off the parcel at a collection point. The exact options are offered by La Poste via their application or website.
Taxes and VAT
- All prices are in CHF, including VAT, but excluding shipping fees. Technical changes, errors, and printing mistakes are reserved.
Delivery Issues
- If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 24h of the expected delivery date.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
- Your parcel will be sent by Swiss Post. We recommend that you consult their general terms and conditions and decline all responsibility once your parcel has been handed over to this transport company.
Liability
- Once your parcel has been handed over to La Poste, responsibility for delivery lies with our partner.
- Once the parcel has been delivered by La Poste, you alone are responsible for it. We cannot be held responsible for any theft or other damage that may occur.
