Instructions for use

Two possible instructions for use:

- Under the tongue (for optimum speed of action): 30 minutes before bedtime, place the desired number of drops under the tongue using the pipette. Wait 60 seconds before swallowing. The area under the tongue is highly vascularized, enabling rapid absorption by the body. This route, known as the sublingual route, is therefore the preferred one.

- By mouth (for an attenuated taste of the plants): 30 minutes before going to bed, pour the desired number of drops into a glass of water, using the pipette. Stir lightly, then drink the glass. The water-soluble form of Elixir Sommeil has the advantage of being easily diluted in a glass of water, unlike a conventional oil, while improving its assimilation in the intestine.

The number of drops to be taken per day should be adapted according to individual needs. In any case, it's important not to exceed 10 drops / day of Elixir sommeil.
