Consumption over several consecutive days is recommended to soothe the digestive system and enable your body to eliminate the air present. You can drink this infusion throughout the day, up to 4 cups a day, before or after meals. For one cup, infuse 2g (i.e. a hefty half tablespoon) in 95° water for 10-15 minutes to taste.
