Instructions for use

Take 1 tablet a day (+18 years), to be chewed or allowed to melt in the mouth, preferably in the morning, due to the presence of vitamin C in the formula. You can also take it during the day (before 3 p.m.). Adolescents (+12 years): 1 half tablet per day & Children (4 to 12 years): 1 quarter tablet per day.

If you are sensitive to zinc, we advise you to take it with a meal.

Follow a 1 to 3-month course of treatment for physical fatigue, particularly at the change of season, or take 1 tablet occasionally during a slump.

First effects from the first days of treatment on daily vitality, and in-depth action on chronic physical fatigue from 1 month of treatment.
